Beware of Camscam.
Before undressing yourself in changing room, check it if any hidden camera is there. Just a few steps can secure your privacy. Till to date many cases have been reported for spying on girls.
So how to check if someone is spying on you?
  • When you enter in a changing room check the mirrors first. Touch it, if there is little space between your finger and image of your finger in mirror then it is real mirror.

And if there is no space between finger and it's image then it is two way glass, means someone can stare you through glass.
  • While entering in room make sure that your mobile has good networks, because a wireless camera will block other nearby networks. You can check it simply by making a call.
  • You can check it by switching off the lights of the room, if you see a little LED light somewhere around you in room, it might be a hidden camera.
  • In the room, stare at corners, boundaries of mirror, area below blub, buttons, screws etc. Check out every suspected area.

Hidden camera can be anywhere. So stay aware next time using dressing room or public toilets.
Learn self defense.
You aren't always surrounded by your friends and family members. So be self dependent. Few steps and tricks can make you stronger and confident when you are alone at road, park, office or anywhere.
If you notice someone following you at a lonely place then don't panic, try to go at a safe place if couldn't then use these steps to defend yourself.

Remember do it with enough force, after this you can hit the attacker more or run away. Decide it according to situations.
