Is a woman in a saree considered hot, or not? Why?

Yes. Why not. Though I wear all western clothes, personally I love saree. Its the sexiest attire.
You can look traditional, trendy, flaunt your figure and curves, cover yourself fully, expose your navel, midriff, cleavage, back etc.
You can go crazy on colours and styles.
You can wear to wedding, parties, office, home, just about anytime.
